Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy" or "AUP") governs your use of the products and services provided by Drog AI, a service of Drogoz Network (the "Services"). It is incorporated by reference into, and forms part of, the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service. This Policy exists to protect Drog AI, its users, End Users, and the integrity of the communications ecosystem. By using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy at all times.

1. Scope and Application

This Policy applies to all users of the Services, to all Content transmitted through the Services, and to all communications initiated using the Services, including automated and AI-assisted voice calls, messages, campaigns, and related activity. You are responsible for ensuring that your End Users, employees, contractors, and any person acting on your behalf comply with this Policy.

2. General Principles of Acceptable Use

You may use the Services only for legitimate business or personal purposes that are lawful in every jurisdiction relevant to your activity. You must:

• comply with all Applicable Law, including telecommunications, consumer-protection, data-protection, anti-fraud, and anti-spam laws;
• obtain and maintain all consents, permissions, and authorizations required to contact your End Users and to record or transcribe communications;
• honor opt-out, do-not-call, and unsubscribe requests promptly;
• respect lawful calling hours and frequency limits applicable to your recipients;
• provide truthful, non-misleading identification of yourself and your organization in communications; and
• use the Services in a manner that does not impair, overburden, or damage the Services or interfere with any other party's use.

3. Prohibited Activities

You must not use, attempt to use, or permit any person to use the Services to engage in, promote, facilitate, or conceal any of the following. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive.

3.1 Fraud and Deception

• Fraud of any kind, including advance-fee fraud, investment or "pig-butchering" scams, lottery or prize scams, romance scams, and fake support schemes;
• phishing, smishing, vishing, or any attempt to obtain credentials, financial information, or personal data through deception;
• spoofing of caller identity, sender identity, or origin, or any misrepresentation of the source or nature of a communication;
• impersonation of any person, business, brand, government body, or official, including "spoofed" official or banking communications;
• the creation or dissemination of deepfakes, synthetic voices, or AI-generated content intended to deceive, defraud, or unlawfully impersonate a real person.

3.2 Financial Crime

• Money laundering, structuring, or the layering, placement, or integration of illicit proceeds;
• terrorist financing or the financing of proliferation;
• facilitation of unlicensed money transmission, illegal gambling, or unlawful securities activity;
• use of the Services to evade taxes, customs duties, or lawful financial reporting obligations.

3.3 Identity, Privacy, and Data Misuse

• Identity theft, or the unauthorized use of another person's identity, credentials, or personal data;
• harvesting, scraping, purchasing, or otherwise obtaining contact lists or personal data without a lawful basis and required consent;
• processing special categories of personal data in violation of Applicable Law;
• unlawful surveillance, stalking, or the covert recording of individuals where prohibited.

3.4 Unauthorized Access and System Abuse

• Unauthorized access to, or attempts to access, any account, system, network, or data;
• distribution of malware, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious code;
• denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, penetration testing without authorization, or any interference with the Services' infrastructure;
• circumvention of authentication, rate limits, usage restrictions, or security measures;
• reverse engineering, scraping, or automated extraction of the Services except as expressly permitted.

3.5 Abusive, Harmful, and Illegal Content

• Harassment, threats, intimidation, extortion, or bullying;
• content that is defamatory, obscene, or that sexually exploits or endangers minors;
• promotion of violence, terrorism, or unlawful discrimination on any protected basis;
• distribution of content that infringes intellectual-property rights or misappropriates trade secrets;
• the sale or promotion of illegal goods or services, including unlawful drugs, weapons, or counterfeit items.

3.6 Spam and Communications Abuse

• Unsolicited bulk or commercial communications sent without a lawful basis or required consent;
• ignoring opt-out or do-not-call requests;
• use of the Services to circumvent carrier or platform anti-abuse measures;
• generating artificial traffic, robocalling in violation of Applicable Law, or "traffic pumping."

4. Sole Responsibility of the User

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely and fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Account and for all Content and communications you transmit. Drog AI provides neutral technical tools and does not originate, endorse, or monitor the substance of your communications in the ordinary course. Drog AI is not responsible or liable for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise improper use of the Services by you, your End Users, or any third party. You assume all risk and liability arising from your use.

5. Consent, Recording, and Disclosure Obligations

Many jurisdictions require the consent of one or all parties to record or transcribe a communication, and require disclosures at the outset of automated or AI-assisted calls. You are exclusively responsible for determining and satisfying these requirements before using recording, transcription, or automated-calling features, and for maintaining evidence of consent. Drog AI does not provide legal advice regarding these obligations.

6. Monitoring, Investigation, and Enforcement

Drog AI has no general obligation to monitor Content or communications, but reserves the right to do so where permitted by Applicable Law to protect the Services, investigate suspected violations, respond to complaints, or comply with legal obligations. Where we identify or reasonably suspect a violation of this Policy, we may, in our sole discretion and without prior notice:

• issue a warning or request corrective action;
• throttle, restrict, suspend, or disable specific features or campaigns;
• remove or disable access to offending Content;
• suspend or permanently terminate the Account;
• retain relevant records; and
• report the matter to, and cooperate with, competent authorities where legally required, as described in the Compliance Policy.

7. Reporting Abuse

If you become aware of any use of the Services that violates this Policy, please report it to abuse@drog.ai with sufficient detail to enable investigation. We take abuse reports seriously and will review them in accordance with our procedures.

8. Consequences of Violation

Violation of this Policy constitutes a material breach of the Terms of Service and may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund, forfeiture of any prepaid or credited balance to the extent permitted by Applicable Law, and potential civil or criminal liability. You agree to indemnify Drog AI for any loss, damage, penalty, or expense arising from your violation, as set out in the Terms of Service.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to address new risks, technologies, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
