This Disclaimer (the "Disclaimer") applies to your access to and use of the products and services provided by Drog AI, a service of Drogoz Network (the "Services"), and forms part of the Terms of Service. It sets out important limitations on the responsibility and liability of Drog AI. Please read it carefully. By using the Services, you accept this Disclaimer in full.
1. "As Is" and "As Available"
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, Drog AI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quality, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
2. No Professional Advice
The Services, and any content, output, documentation, or materials provided through them, are for general operational purposes only and do not constitute legal, regulatory, financial, tax, compliance, or other professional advice. You should not rely on the Services as a substitute for professional advice tailored to your circumstances. You are responsible for obtaining independent advice regarding the lawfulness of your intended use, including telecommunications, consumer-protection, data-protection, recording-consent, and anti-fraud requirements applicable to you.
3. AI-Generated Output
The Services include artificial-intelligence features that generate voice, text, transcripts, and other output. Such output may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or otherwise unsuitable for a given purpose, and may not reflect the views of Drog AI. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and determining the appropriateness and legality of any AI-generated output before relying on or acting upon it. Drog AI makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of AI-generated output and disclaims all liability arising from its use.
4. User Responsibility and Non-Responsibility of Drog AI
You acknowledge and agree that:
- you are solely responsible for all activity, communications, campaigns, and Content transmitted through your Account;
- you are solely responsible for obtaining all consents and authorizations required to contact End Users and to record or transcribe communications;
- Drog AI does not originate, endorse, verify, or in the ordinary course monitor the substance of your communications;
- Drog AI is not a party to, and bears no responsibility for, any transaction, relationship, or dispute between you and your End Users or any third party; and
- Drog AI is not responsible for any loss, damage, penalty, liability, or harm arising from your use or misuse of the Services, including any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct.
5. Third-Party Services and Content
The Services may rely on or link to third-party networks, carriers, payment processors, and applications. Drog AI does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, legality, security, or practices of any third party. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and the relevant third party.
6. Availability and Results
Drog AI does not guarantee any specific level of availability, uptime, performance, deliverability, connection quality, or business outcome. Communications may be delayed, blocked, filtered, or fail to connect for reasons outside our control, including the actions of carriers, networks, recipients, and regulators. We are not liable for any such failure or for any results (or lack thereof) obtained through the Services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, Drog AI, Drogoz Network, and their respective affiliates and personnel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or relating to the Services, regardless of the legal theory and even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Drog AI's total aggregate liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service. Where Applicable Law does not permit certain limitations, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by that law.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Drog AI, Drogoz Network, and their respective affiliates and personnel from and against any claims, losses, damages, penalties, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the Services, your Content, or your breach of any agreement or Applicable Law, as more fully set out in the Terms of Service.

Any statements regarding future features, performance, or capabilities are indicative only, do not constitute commitments, and may change without notice. You should not rely on such statements in making purchasing decisions.
10. Severability
If any part of this Disclaimer is found unenforceable, that part shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
